When the concierge helps most
- Company events and team building: juggling headcount, budget, receipts and travel is faster when we do the shortlisting.
- Large birthdays and parties: for 30–40+ people there are fewer suitable venues, so it pays to compare them at once.
- Several venues or sessions: for example a workshop over several days, or two rooms on the same night.
- Special requirements: a kitchen, a stage, a projector, step-free access or overnight use.
- New to Hong Kong's neighbourhoods: organising from overseas or another district and not sure where's convenient.
