How is Gatherland different from other party room platforms?
Most platforms ask you to send an enquiry and wait hours for the host to say whether the room is free. Gatherland shows live availability: pick a date, time and group size to see the exact total and which venues are free. Instant-book venues confirm as soon as you pay.
Are there extra fees for booking on Gatherland?
No. The total you see is what you pay, covering the hire and any add-ons you choose. If a venue takes a security deposit it is shown before you pay and returned after the booking.
How is my payment protected?
We hold your payment instead of sending it straight to the host, and release it after the booking has taken place. If the host cancels you get a full refund. If the venue is seriously not as described, tell us within 24 hours.
How far ahead, and how late, can I book?
Most venues open their calendar 90 days ahead. Self check-in venues can be booked up to 30 minutes before the start.
What can I book besides party rooms?
Mahjong rooms, photo studios, dance studios, band rooms, cooking studios, meeting rooms, BBQ venues and event spaces, all by the hour.
