How do I book a venue on Gatherland?
Search for a free slot, choose a venue and pay the full amount online; instant book venues confirm straight away and host confirms venues within 24 hours.
When am I charged?
You pay the full amount online when you book; with host confirms bookings, nothing is charged if the host declines.
How do I cancel a booking, and how much will I get back?
You can cancel a booking; how much is refunded depends on the venue's cancellation policy and how long before the start you cancel, and the security deposit is always returned in full.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in venues send entry instructions by email and WhatsApp before your start time, and the exact floor and unit are shown once the booking is confirmed.
How do I leave a review?
Only guests with a completed booking can review, once per booking, with an overall score plus scores for cleanliness, value, location and facilities.
How do I create an account?
You can sign up on the Gatherland website and new accounts receive welcome credit; if you have trouble signing up, contact us.
How do I become a host on Gatherland?
Listing is free and the platform takes a commission on completed bookings only; your listing goes live once your business registration, identity and payout account are verified.
