To book, search for a free slot, choose a venue and pay the full amount online. Instant book venues are confirmed as soon as payment succeeds. Host confirms venues give the host 24 hours to accept.
Steps
- Go to Search and enter the district, date, start time, duration and group size.
- Results show the total for that slot and group, and whether the venue is free.
- Open a venue to check how it prices (per person per hour or per room per hour) and any minimum hours, minimum headcount, child rate, group discounts or add-ons.
- Check the total and pay online. There is no booking fee: the total shown is what you pay. If the venue takes a refundable security deposit, it is shown before you pay.
- Once the booking is confirmed, you can see the venue's exact floor and unit.
Can I ask the host something before I pay?
Yes. You can message the host from the venue page. For venues without instant booking you can also send an enquiry.
