Worked example
A 4-hour booking with HK$1,200 of venue hire and HK$300 of add-ons:

The HK$500 deposit is held by us with no commission and returned to the guest 48 hours after the booking if there's no claim.

What does the commission cover?
The 10% commission covers payment processing, deposit holding, customer support and marketing. There are no hidden fees.
Do my own discounts affect commission?
Commission is calculated on the price after your discounts. Platform coupons and points are funded by us and don't affect your earnings.
Is there a fee for cancellations?
Nothing when a guest cancels. Cancelling a confirmed booking yourself costs 4%, except for severe weather (Signal 8 or Black Rain).
When do I get paid?
48 hours after each booking ends, with every payout itemised in your dashboard.
