How hosting works

From applying and listing to pricing and payouts: every step of running a venue on the platform on one page.

1. Apply and get verified

Sign in and fill in the host application: brand name, contact person, phone, and your business registration number and certificate. Identity documents are used only for verification and are never shown publicly. Once we've checked your details, your brand shows a verified badge.

2. Build your listing

Each venue needs at least 3 photos, a description of 80+ characters, an address and map pin, opening hours and at least 3 amenities. Submit it for review and it usually goes live within two working days. Add English as well as Chinese so English-speaking guests can find you.

3. Set your prices

Charge per person or for the whole room, with different weekday and weekend time bands, minimum hours, minimum guests, child rates, overtime, group discounts and add-ons such as cakes, decorations or equipment. Public holidays and their eves are priced as weekends automatically.

4. Calendar and availability

Set lead time, cleaning buffer and how far ahead guests can book. Block times by hand or import bookings from other platforms with iCal, and export your calendar to Google or Apple Calendar.

5. Handle bookings

With instant book, a booking is confirmed as soon as the guest pays. With host confirms, the guest's payment is authorised and you have 24 hours to respond; after that it expires and the guest is refunded. If you cancel a confirmed booking, the guest gets a full refund and a cancellation fee applies.

6. Check-in

Choose self check-in (smart lock or key pickup) or staffed check-in. Check-in instructions and the full address are only shared with guests after their booking is confirmed.

7. Payouts and statements

Guests pay in full when they book. 48 hours after the booking ends, the amount minus our 10% commission is released to you, with a statement in your dashboard. The deposit goes back to the guest at the same time unless you've filed a damage claim.

8. Reviews

Only guests with a completed booking can review, once per booking. You can reply publicly to every review. Ratings affect search ranking.

Frequently asked questions

How long does review take?

Usually within two working days. If anything is missing, we list it in your dashboard.

Can I have more than one venue?

Yes. One host brand can manage several venues, each with its own prices, calendar and reviews.

Does a failed payment block my calendar?

The slot is held for 15 minutes while the guest pays, then released automatically.
