What's the difference between points and credit?
Points are earned from bookings and reviews and convert into credit. Credit is in Hong Kong dollars and comes off venue hire at checkout.
How much credit can I use?
Credit can cover up to 30% of each booking.
Does credit expire?
Bonus credit usually expires after 90 days; the date is shown in your account.
What happens if I cancel?
Credit you used is returned in proportion to your refund. Booking points are only awarded after the booking is completed.
