In your host calendar you can block times manually and use iCal import and export to keep it in line with your other calendars. Guests can book up to 90 days ahead, in 30-minute slots.

- Manual blocks: close times you are not taking bookings, for example for your own use or maintenance.
- iCal import: bring in booked times from another calendar.
- iCal export: send your Gatherland bookings to another calendar.
What guests can book
- Calendars are open 90 days ahead.
- Slots are in 30-minute steps.
- Self check-in venues can usually be booked up to 30 minutes before the start; staffed venues need about two hours' notice.
Booking modes
- Instant book: the booking is confirmed as soon as the guest's payment succeeds.
- Host confirms: you have 24 hours to accept, and the slot is held for the guest meanwhile.
Tip
Keep your calendar up to date. If a clash forces you to cancel a guest's booking, you are charged a cancellation fee.
