When do hosts get paid?

Guests pay the full amount online when they book. The platform holds the money and releases it to you 48 hours after the booking ends. Payouts come with statements.

How the money moves

  1. The guest pays the full amount online at booking.
  2. The platform holds the money.
  3. 48 hours after the booking ends, it is released to you.
  4. Your statements show the details of each payout.

Commission

The platform takes a commission on completed bookings only. The rate is on host pricing.

Deposit claims

If a guest causes damage, stays over or leaves the venue needing extra cleaning, report it within 48 hours of the end of the booking, with photos. The platform decides the dispute.

Cancellations

If you cancel a booking, the guest is refunded in full and you are charged a cancellation fee. See Do hosts pay a fee for cancelling?
