Listing a venue on Gatherland is free. The platform takes a commission on completed bookings only. New hosts are verified (business registration, identity and payout account) before their listings go live.
Steps
- Read how hosting works and host pricing.
- Go to host sign-up to create your host account and venue details.
- Complete verification: business registration, identity and payout account.
- Once verified, your listing goes live and can take bookings.
What kinds of venue can I list?
Categories at launch are party rooms, mahjong rooms, photo studios, dance studios, band rooms and music studios, cooking studios, meeting rooms, BBQ venues and event spaces.

- A calendar with manual blocks and iCal import and export.
- Booking management and messaging with guests.
- Payouts with statements.
- Optional platform-only offers.
What is the commission?
The rate is on host pricing. It applies to completed bookings only.
