You can download your data or delete your account from Account settings. Booking records needed for accounting are kept for seven years, as required for business records.
Steps
- Sign in and go to Account settings.
- Choose to download your data or delete your account.
What data does the platform collect?
- Your name, email and phone number
- The bookings, messages and reviews you create
- Basic device and log data
Card details are handled by the payment provider; the platform never stores full card numbers. Email is sent through a transactional email provider. Only essential cookies are used: your sign-in session and your language.
