If you are running late or want to stay longer, message the host from your booking as early as you can. If you stay past the end of your booking, the host can claim for overtime against your security deposit, with evidence, within 48 hours of the end.

- Before your booking ends, message the host to ask whether the next slot is free and whether you can stay on.
- If you have a question about how extra time is arranged or charged, contact us.
If you stay over without the host agreeing, the host can claim for overtime against your deposit, and the platform decides the claim.
Tips
- Keep some time at the end for tidying up, so you can hand the venue back on time.
- If you think you will want longer, book enough hours from the start.
