What are the review guidelines?

Every review must follow Gatherland's review policy. Only guests with a completed booking can write a review, once per booking, and hosts can reply publicly.

The basics

  • Only guests with a completed booking can review.
  • Each booking can be reviewed once.
  • A review has an overall score plus scores for cleanliness, value, location and facilities.
  • Tags, text and photos are optional.
  • Hosts can reply to reviews publicly.

For the full rules, see the review policy.

Writing a helpful review

  • Score each area on what you actually experienced.
  • Mention the kind of event and the size of your group, so others can compare.
  • Add photos you took at the venue.

Have a concern about a review?

If you think a review is a problem, or you are a host with a question about a review, contact us.

Tip

If something went wrong, describe what happened in plain, calm words. That tells other guests more than a low score on its own.
