You can cancel a booking. How much you get back depends on the venue's cancellation policy (Flexible, Standard or Strict) and how long before the start you cancel. The security deposit is always returned in full when you cancel.

- Check which cancellation policy the venue uses.
- Work out how long it is until the booking starts, and compare it with the table below.
- Cancel the booking. If you need help, contact us.

Refunds go back to your original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank.
