- A multi-purpose arena is provided. It can be converted into 2 basketball courts/2 volleyball courts/2 netball courts or 8 badminton courts.
- A multi-propose activity room covering an area of 54 M² is provided.(Ancillary facilities: Wall mirrors, dance bars, sound equipment and gymnastic mats.)
- A spectator stand for 234 persons is provided.

- 1 men's toilet cum changing room with 12 shower cubicles and 76 lockers
- 1 ladies' toilet cum changing room with 8 shower cubicles and 38 lockers
