Prepare the group session

Match the planned activity to the listed facility, then confirm the actual session or booking arrangement. Assign who brings shared equipment, receives arrivals and closes the session. Facility counts describe the supplied areas; use the venue’s actual conditions when setting your group plan.

• Outdoor court session brief

Agree the actual court, session period, shared equipment and receiving roles.

• Write a clear group arrival message

Put the address, entrance, meeting time and contact route into one usable message.

• Outdoor gathering decision and fallback log

Agree who makes the decision, when the group checks updates and how a changed plan is communicated.
