How are group size and children counted?

Enter your real group size when you search: results show the total for that slot and that group. Venues that price per person per hour charge by headcount; venues that price per room per hour charge for the room.

Settings a venue may have

Minimum headcount: some venues set a minimum number of guests.
Minimum hours: some venues set a minimum booking length.
Child rate: some venues have a rate for children.
Group discounts: some venues offer discounts for groups.

Each venue decides these itself, so check the total before you pay.

Can children come?

Whether a venue suits children, and which ages the child rate covers, are up to the venue. Message the host from the venue page before you book. You can also browse kid-friendly party rooms and venues for kids' parties.

What if my numbers change after booking?
