Moderated question queue
A question queue separates collecting a question from deciding when it can be answered. Record the topic, the actual question, whether another entry asks the same thing and the moderator’s next step. Use a shared sheet without unnecessary attendee details. A question left unanswered should have an agreed follow-up route rather than silently disappear when the slot ends.
How to use it
- Collect the actual question, keeping its meaning intact.
- Mark related or duplicate questions and assign a moderator decision.
- Record answered, deferred or follow-up status before closing the session.

Combine duplicates without changing the question
Two questions can share a topic while asking for different decisions. Keep those distinctions when grouping them. If wording is unclear, ask for clarification instead of inventing an interpretation that is easier to answer.
Give deferred questions a route
The moderator can pass an out-of-scope question to a named role, offer a later resource or close it with an explanation of the session boundary. Record which action was agreed and who owns it. Use the action log for follow-up work that requires a deadline.
