A dance rehearsal planning sheet
Identify the sections that need work and fit them into the booked time. Record music versions, leaders and follow-up notes. Participants and their leader decide movement, breaks and practice needs; this is an organising sheet, not a prescribed training routine.
How to use it
- Enter goals, music versions and sections and assign a leader for each.
- Summarise decisions and follow-up work before leaving and handle recordings as agreed.

Give each rehearsal section a clear focus
State the formation, entrance, exit or music passage that needs attention. Record decisions as they happen so the next session can pick up from a shared note.
Confirm recording and room requirements
Get participants' agreement before recording and confirm any equipment placement with the venue. Check the actual floor, mirrors, sound system and working space rather than judging suitability from photographs alone.
Continue planning
- Check venue equipment on arrival
Check agreed equipment and record issues before the activity begins.
- A gathering run sheet
Coordinate setup, activities and handover with timings and clear responsibilities.
