A cleanup and handover sheet
Confirm the host's handover requirements before the event and put them into the sheet. Give each cleanup task an owner and a checker so responsibilities do not disappear when the group starts leaving.
How to use it
- Remove irrelevant items and add the host's specific requirements.
- Assign an owner and checker and confirm each item when complete.

Restore the space to the agreed condition
Use the host's confirmed instructions for furniture, decorations and returned equipment. This sheet records the agreement; it does not determine cleaning charges or waive any conditions.
Protect the time needed for departure
Put cleanup into the run sheet rather than starting after the booking ends. Notify the host using the agreed handover method and record anything requiring follow-up.
Continue planning
- A gathering run sheet
Coordinate setup, activities and handover with timings and clear responsibilities.
- Check venue equipment on arrival
Check agreed equipment and record issues before the activity begins.
