Venue listing photo coverage plan
Plan listing images around the decisions a guest needs to make. Show the actual room and the features currently provided, using a clear description of what each frame demonstrates. Keep public listing directions separate from private access details. A photo should not imply equipment, views or layouts that are unavailable for the listed booking.
How to use it
- List the room decisions the guest needs to assess.
- Assign a frame showing each confirmed feature.
- Check captions against the current listing before publishing.

A useful frame answers a guest question
An attractive close-up may not show the room layout or the supplied equipment. Include the views that help a guest understand the actual space. Record the intended question for each frame so the final selection is more than a collection of favourites.
Keep images aligned with the listing
If equipment or layout changes, review the affected images and captions. Mark frames that need replacement and give the update an owner. Use the equipment inventory to distinguish provided items from objects brought only for the shoot.
Continue planning
- Host equipment inventory
Record what is actually provided, where it belongs and its current condition.
- Write usable venue entry instructions
Separate public directions from private access details and explain the arrival sequence.
- Photo delivery manifest
Match selected outputs to their delivered files, versions and receiving role.
