Photo delivery manifest
A delivery manifest records what actually goes to the recipient. Start with the agreed outputs from the selection log, then record their file references, versions and review status. Different uses may need different exports. The manifest contains the actual requirements agreed with the photographer rather than a universal file-size or resolution rule.
How to use it
- Copy the agreed outputs from the current selection log.
- Match each output to its delivered file and version.
- Record the recipient’s review and any replacement handover.

A folder is not a manifest
A collection of files can leave the recipient uncertain which output each one serves. Keep one row for each agreed deliverable and identify its actual file. If several exports serve the same selected frame, make those uses clear.
Record the version accepted
When a replacement is delivered, update the manifest instead of adding an unexplained second final file. Confirm which version the recipient accepted and keep unresolved requests with an owner. Use the selection log for changes to the chosen frame itself.
Continue planning
- Portrait session selection and delivery log
Track the agreed uses, selected frames and editing notes without mixing versions.
- Plan a product photography shot list
Specify views, backgrounds, props and output requirements before a studio session.
- Presentation version and playback log
Track the accepted presentation file and the actual playback check.
