Court configuration comparison sheet

Gatherland

Copy the venue's actual configuration wording before comparing options. A practice court is a different arrangement from a full court, and a space converted between sports should remain one shared space in your plan. Record the activity, configuration, operating period and the confirmation your session depends on. Add only arrangements that are actually available together when planning simultaneous groups.

How to use it

  1. Record the actual wording for each candidate court arrangement.
  2. Identify practice, alternative-use and equipment conditions.
  3. Confirm the session and simultaneous-use arrangement before choosing.

Keep alternative uses in the same comparison row

If the same space can serve basketball or volleyball, the two descriptions do not establish two separately available spaces. Keep the shared relationship visible and ask which setup applies to the session. A listed loan arrangement for equipment should be checked with the receiving role before the group arrives.

Compare the session you will actually use

An ordinary operating period and a confirmed session allocation are different inputs. Record current closure information and the actual enquiry route beside the candidate. When a choice is made, transfer the confirmed details to the session brief so the equipment and arrival roles receive the same arrangement.
