Community-activity station plan
A station programme needs more than a list of activities. Each station needs a defined task, a facilitator, a clear finish and a transition into the next part. Use this sheet to connect those decisions to the approved rooms and session. The planned group size belongs in its own field; it is not a new room capacity. If more than one group uses a station, decide who announces the change and where the next group waits.
How to use it
- Choose a task and a finish condition for each station.
- Match stations to the actual approved room layout and available facilitators.
- Walk through one complete transition before the session starts.

Use an observable finish
“Discuss the issue” gives the facilitator little help deciding when to move on. A usable finish could be one agreed choice, a completed drawing or one question to bring to the debrief. Pick the result that serves your programme rather than extending the station until everyone runs out of ideas.
Keep the transition in the programme
Collecting materials, explaining the next task and moving a group all use session time. Put the transfer owner and reset task in the sheet. If the room or programme changes, revise the station sequence and the run sheet together so facilitators work from the same version.
